Comprehensive and personalized neuropsychological evaluations and therapy

Dr. Dorfman obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology from Syracuse University.  She graduated phi beta kappa and summa cum laude.  She received her masters and doctoral degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Dorfman completed internships in neuropsychology, clinical psychology, and school psychology.  She received additional specialized training through a two year post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology.

Dr. Dorfman has over 15 years of extensive experience working at major medical centers and in private practice.  Her background in educational psychology makes her uniquely suited to assess and to treat school-related challenges and developmental disorders.

Dr. Dorfman has presented at national conferences and clinical grand rounds on topics such as autism, learning disabilities, and the neuropsychology of brain tumors.
